I Dare You…

This dare is only for U.S. residents who’ve read and enjoyed INHALE and/or EXHALE.

It’s a simple dare to celebrate the paperback release of EXHALE — Squee! All you gotta do is post a review on Amazon and send me your contact info. That’s it. If I draw your name, you win a print copy of either INHALE or EXHALE – a $15.99 value. Yeah, I know paperbacks are a rip-off, which makes this giveaway even sweeter. ;-)

The signed paperback copies will go to five readers (United States residents only) who post a thoughtful, honest review of either INHALE or EXHALE on Amazon (and anywhere else you want – Smashwords, Barnes & Noble, iBooks, etc.). This must be a NEW review, added to Amazon on or after August 18, 2012.

Quality is important, so tell people WHY you liked the book. What parts did you enjoy most? Which characters did you love/hate and why? Who else might enjoy this book? “Sell” the book to potential readers. Shoot for around 300 words.

Send an email to kendall (at) kendallgrey (dot) com with the link to your Amazon review, your name, U.S. mailing address, and prize preference – INHALE or EXHALE. If your review passes my quality test, I’ll put your name in the drawing for a signed paperback. You can increase your chances of winning by entering two reviews – one for INHALE and one for EXHALE. Contest closes at 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time on August 31, 2012. Winners will be announced on September 4, 2012.

PS – If you’re not interested in writing a review but want to help get the word out about the books, Amazon “likes” (gray button under the title and author on the product page) and tags (check the appropriate boxes at the bottom of the page under “Tags Customers Associate with This Product” or add your own tags) also make books more visible on Amazon’s search engine. I appreciate those A LOT! And of course, sharing the book links with friends who you think will enjoy them gives me authorgasms. Just sayin’. ;-)
